Photoshoot Terms

1. To reserve your date, a $100 non-refundable retainer is required. This amount will be applied toward the total session fee. The remaining balance is due immediately after the photoshoot. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the retainer will not be refunded. If I need to cancel the session, the retainer will be fully refunded.
   • Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 48 hours notice, subject to photographer’s availability. Last-minute rescheduling may require a new retainer to secure another date.
   • For outdoor sessions, weather conditions will be monitored together. In case of unsafe weather conditions, the session may be rescheduled or moved to another agreed location.
2. If the client arrives late, the session time will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time.
3. RAW files are not provided. All images are professionally edited in my signature cinematic style, with gentle retouching that is consistent with the look and quality of my portfolio. Final gallery includes approximately 50% color and 50% black-and-white images, selected based on what best suits each photograph. If you have a preference for more color or more black-and-white images, please let me know before the editing process begins.
4. Any required permits, location fees, studio or additional permissions are the client’s responsibility unless discussed and agreed upon in advance.
5. Travel outside the city limits beyond 50 miles requires an additional transportation/fuel fee of $1 per mile. Air travel expenses are discussed separately.
6. I may share selected images from your session on my website and social media for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer your photos to remain private, please let me know before the session.
7. Film photos delivered within 7-10 business days.
   Super8 film video delivered within 14 business days.
